This is an initial 60 minute Personal Coaching Zoom Session
Prior to the session we will send you a lifestyle questionnaire for you to complete before the session.
In the session we will review:
- Your lifestyle to understand where you are now
- Look at any health related issues
- Undestand any limiting factors such as your work and family commitments
We will review your Nutrition, Exercise and look at your Mindset.
From this we will come up with some recommendations for you to get you started on your own or if you want to look at any of our Personal Coaching programmes we can talk about that as well.
The main objective of this session is to set you up for success with the right tools and information.
Included in this session is:
- 60 minute Zoom call to review your current lifestle and make reccomendations
- 3 months access to our mobile fitness and nutrition app
- Track your food and follow a plan

At the end of the Zoom session we will send you a recording so that you can review the information that we have discussed.
